OpenXava with AI - Create the project

Lesson 1 of a course where we’ll create a car insurance policy management system in Java. We'll have an AI write the code for us, using Windsurf as the IDE and OpenXava as the framework.

In this first lesson, we'll create the project and generate the basic entities, finishing with a functional application in about 10 minutes.
