XavaPro 7.0.3 released

XavaPro 7.0.3 is a maintenance version with several bug fixes:

• Works with OpenXava 7.0.3.
• Documentation to modify XavaPro source code and use the modified code in your projects.
• License adapted to new terms for Enterprise edition, that now allows until 10 developers by license.
• Fix: Read only members for a role ignored when member is shown in a dialog outside of section or group.
• Fix: Excluded members are shown if they are in the root view of a dialog.
