Employment pools with OpenXava

The National Institute of Health Management (INGESA), part of Spain’s Ministry of Health, uses an application developed by Gestión 400 with OpenXava to manage temporary employment pools in the hospitals of Ceuta and Melilla and at the National Dosimetry Center (Valencia). The system, already in production, includes a responsive web portal for professionals and a multi-entity internal application organized into modules that cover the management of merit catalogs with automatic scoring and custom formulas, the complete processing of applications, appeals, and automatic generation of lists, as well as the management of calls, hiring, penalties, and candidate availability to fill vacancies.
